Global Sessions was founded in 2011 by friends Aaron Sales and Matt Sweeting, who share a love of adventure, adrenaline and kiteboarding. Our headquarters are based in the action-sports mecca of Hood River, Oregon, which is the perfect gateway to the surrounding Columbia Gorge. We frequently host groups here, and love showing off our backyard.
Our premium team building company redefines how people work and play together, by creating positive change through inspired events. We’ve worked closely with groups of all sizes to design fun team building days and multi-day offsites that strengthen and transform relationships in the workplace.
While Global Sessions has grown and evolved since then, the underlying mission has remained the same: find creative ways to share our zest for life and the great outdoors through team activities. Our agency’s goal is to create shared experiences that have a lasting impact on company culture and most importantly, people’s lives.
