New leadership wanted to revitalize the North American team and create a culture of creativity and impact. Employees are spread over five territories, so they needed to encourage team communication.

What we did:

  • Created an annual experiential gathering event for the whole team, branded as Camp Bowerman.
  • Built a journey to Camp which included guest motivational speakers, half day offsites to boost social interaction and effective working relationships, and a Rec Box Challenge sent out to each territory office to enhance team collaboration.
