TRANSFORMATIONAL LIFE COACH + BEST-SELLING AUTHOR
Laura grew up in Sugar Land, Texas. Her family’s commitment to foreign exchange and their desire to bring the world to them, propelled her on path to build bridges of connection through understanding. After being an exchange student in Costa Rica in high school, she went on to study Spanish and Marketing at Emory University. Moving to Panama to start three hostels and two bars in Panama with friends was an “obvious” next step!
In 2008 Laura’s mom died in a tragic accident, which sent her on a journey to heal her heart and discover who she wanted to be moving forward. She has since helped thousands of grievers, trained hundreds of Grief Recovery Specialists, and wrote a best-selling book on compassionate communication: The Compassion Code. She continues to use transformational coaching to support people to become the empowered leaders of their own lives.
Laura, her husband and two kids now live in Hood River, Oregon to enjoy the epic beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
BEST GLOBAL SESSIONS EXPERIENCE:
We did a two day offsite where gratitude and connection were woven into each experience. I loved how we got to teach people practical tools to live a more compassionate, grateful, connected life, personally and professionally, and then had shared experiences that helped our clients embody what they had learned. Witnessing people’s transformations is my favorite!
INTERESTS:

SUPER POWER:
Vision Caster- I see the greatness in others before they can see it in themselves, and then (if given the opportunity) I guide them to step into the highest version of themselves!
