Overview/Purpose:
Under new leadership, Insitu wanted to encourage a positive work culture by building better relationships and create a fulfilling, meaningful place to work.
What we did:
- Developed an employee engagement program that synced with the 9/80 work week, and custom designed off-site adventures and experiences in and around each of the companies national and international offices.
- Design and launched the Gear Shed Program, an in-house recreational equipment rental and discount program that utilized the local recreation suppliers like golf clubs, bike rentals and water sport equipment.
Client feedback and result:
“Our Active Off Fridays became very popular with our teammates, and there were many benefits. We expected an increase in morale, we expected an increase in employee engagement, and a reduction in attrition, and all of these expectations were met. Teammates created new relationships…the connections between teammates working in different departments resulted in higher levels of collaboration and a mutual respect for each other that didn’t exist before.”
